Emily’s songs have been recorded by some of the most respected names in music, including a powerful duet by the legendary Dolly Parton and Nashville’s Janelle Arthur, titled “Hand Me Downs,” featured on Emily’s latest album Light Shine In. This album also features the iconic voices of Vince Gill and The McCrary Sisters.

She has collaborated with many of Nashville’s top writers including Shane McAnally, Brandy Clark, Nicolle Galyon, Emily Shackelton, Kelly Archer, Ryan Hurd, Hailey Whitters, Rob Crosby, Mags Duval, Gary Nichols, Clint Ingersoll, Pat Terry and April Cushman.

Emily is currently booking a limited number of private events. Whether you are planning an elegant dinner party, a holiday gathering, rehearsal dinner or a night with friends, her live music will create a warm and unforgettable atmosphere.

All bookings include one-on-one planning consultation and song list customization curated for your special evening.

Additional musicians, storytelling sets, faith-based song and reflection sets, custom songs, and large event performances are also available.

Emily is currently working on new music with her long-time producer, Dan Hannon at Ivy Manor Studios, in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Beyond the stage and studio, Emily is a wife and mom to three boys based in Greenville, South Carolina. Her full music catalog is available on all major streaming platforms.

[Brain dump on a Sunday night…] I can’t believe the summer is almost over. Our middle son is starting kindergarten in a few weeks, and I can feel the seasons shifting. (Who’s ready for sweater weather?!) I’m starting to dream again, and that feels exciting. I’m trying to find that sweet spot between family life and fulfillment in my work and calling outside of being a wife and mother. Plus, hold the house together and get the boys everywhere they’re supposed to be. #momlife. I’m somewhat nervous about fall because of all the extracurriculars, but they’re always fun - just busy days. I’m not sure what I did with all the time I had before kids. Seriously…what did we do?! The days are sometimes long, but the years are short. So true. I’m thankful for all the blessings…. even recent hardships have taught me more about God and myself and I’m grateful for those silver linings. Life is fragile and beautiful and hard and full and messy and all the things. Art is necessary. And exercise. I’m nicer and more patient when I exercise, ha! I’m learning that I will always be learning. And growing. And becoming. Hope is sometimes cruel and futile if you hope in the wrong things or people. Hope in Christ is always cleansing to the mind and an anchor to the soul. It’s a choice to hope for better days when you’re down, and with God, I do believe the best is always yet to come. Even if it’s on the other side of eternity. Wow- that got deep fast. Welcome to my brain. Done for now. Love y’all. 🫶
